CUSTOMER UPDATE

During these uncertain times we would like to inform our customers directly about a number of actions we at Robert Colthart Car Sales have introduced to reassure our existing and future customers in the face of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

** PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU WISH TO VIEW/TEST DRIVE**

In response to the recent and ongoing developments surrounding the COVID-19 situation and in the interests of safeguarding our customers and staff, we have undertaken the following precautionary measures to minimise exposure and mitigate the potential risks to all.

1. Vehicle viewings will be by appointment wherever possible.
2. Regular disinfecting of primary touch surfaces on site and in vehicles.
3. Additional vehicle images by request.
4. Pre-approval for finance available before viewing or test drive.
5. No welcome handshakes.
6. Vehicle delivery if required by prior arrangement (delivery fee may apply).
7. Hand sanitiser available on site at all times.
8. Video walk around prior to viewing if required.
